- Adjust the roller support of ready mixed concrete batching plant
If the belt is always biased towards one side at no load, the side roll support should be moved 1-2 cm in the tape running direction or the other side of the roller holder is properly raised.
- Clear sticks of ready mixed concrete batching plant
If the roller, the roller on the part of the sticky material, will increase the diameter of the place, resulting in increased tension at the tape, resulting in deviation. Should promptly clean up the adhesive material.
